All the Guild Wars clients are starting to download what is needed for the Factions Preview Event. NCSoft suggests, in case you are not playing, to "simply leave your Guild Wars client running and sitting at the login screen".

CVG published today an interview with ArenaNet co-founder Jeff Strain about the announced Guild Wars Content Expasion named Frontier. The expansion will include new game mechanics, new quests and 3 new nations o Cantha.

Actually they don't call it expansion but add-on, anyway thats'it! Its name is Factions and it will bring us a new PvP continent and the two new professions of Ritualist and Assassin. It will arrive in the 2nd quarter of 2006, more or less one year after release.
